Augustine Mulenga equalized for Zambia in added time to set up an exciting second leg match against South Africa in a week’s time after the two teams drew two all (2-2) in the CHAN first leg match played at the buffalo city Stadium in East London.

South Africa went ahead in the 32nd minute through Gift Motupa before Mario Booysen added a second in the 52nd minute

Seven minutes later Martin Phiri reduced the deficit with a 59th header following a neat cross and Mulenga made sure the match ended two all when he scored five minutes after the 90th minute.

The Wedson Nyirenda needs to avoid defeat at home if the are to complete the job to qualify to the Africa Cup of Nations for locally based players slated for Nairobi, and Kenya next year.
