Rice Recipe: Chicken Team Rice

The popular menu at this Chinese restaurant is easy to make. Children can also eat it. Eaten while warm, the more delicious.

material
300 gr of rice, wash and drain
2 eggs raw raw chicken eggs
3 cloves of minced garlic
400 ml of chicken stock
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
Chicken Topping:
3 cloves of minced garlic
200 g of ground chicken meat
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
½ teaspoon sugar

How to make:

• Heat the cooking oil. Saute garlic until fragrant.
• Add rice with chicken broth, soy sauce and mushroom powder, stir well. Cook until the water shrinks. Set aside.

• Chicken Topping: Heat cooking oil. Saute garlic until fragrant.
• Add ground chicken, stir well.
• Saute until the chicken changes color.
• Add water. Give oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground white pepper, and sugar, taste. Cook until the water shrinks.

• Completion:
• Heat the steam. Meanwhile, prepare a heat-resistant bowl. Add chicken topping, then add rice until the bowl is almost full.
• Pour the chicken stock into a bowl. Steam with high heat until cooked for about 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the bowl.
• When the rice starts to cook (after steaming for 20 minutes), flush a little chicken stock into a rice bowl.
• Continue steaming until cooked. Lift. Serve.
